Have you tried Titanware? or what kinds of cookware are good? I need some new cookware? - healthy cookware

Titanium products saw a demo at Sam's Club - it seemed that they were right and that does not stick. I wonder what someone with this kind of pot?

I need new cookware and I do not want anything with Teflon - due to carcinogenic effects of it. I want something that is safe to operate and if they are not liable, it would be nice too.

Oh, and if you know how to cook with stainless steel and not with food stick to it - how is it done?
